Proposed State Secession and Expulsion Amendment to U.S. Constitution
3December 3, 2012 by P. J. Toscano
Here is my response to the growing number of those who are unhappy with their U.S. citizenship and who currently advocate secession of their States from the Union:
PROPOSED AMENDMENT XXVIII OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION:
Upon ratification of this Amendment, there shall be added to the Constitution of the United States:
ARTICLE VIII: State Secession and Explusion
Section 1: Any of the several States may secede from the United States by a Act of Secession enacted according to the laws of such State.
Section 2: Any of the several States may be expelled from the United States by an Act of Expulsion enacted by the legislatures of the remaining two-thirds of the several States or by the conventions of two-thirds thereof.
Section 3: Upon secession or expulsion of a State, the citizens thereof shall no longer be citizens of the United States.
Section 4: The Congress of the United States shall have power to enforce this Article by appropriate legislation, including the enactment of laws governing the immigration, citizenship and repatriation of former citizens of the United States.
I’m for it. And the the privatized US army can invade their country, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity.

not sure what to think, yet.
It’s a fantastic idea, though hilariously ironic in the “Land of the Free.”
